Join us for an extraordinary, transformational journey of hiking, yoga, meditation, exploration, connection, and relaxation on North Georgia’s historic and beautiful Bartram Trail. Our hikes will take us to the second tallest mountain in Georgia and the tallest peak on the Bartram Trail (4,696 ft Rabun Bald), past gorgeous views of the Appalachian Mountains along one of the least hiked, yet most beautiful areas, of the Southeast.

Our experiences are real life adventures and the excitingly, unpredictable nature of a real expedition makes every course different. This is YOUR adventure and you’ll be a full participant in the course--including cooking meals, setting up camp, and meeting as a group to plan and organize each day. The days will be full of yoga and meditation, journaling, hiking, exploring (together and on your own) with plenty of time to soak it all in.  We'll carry backpacks and all the gear we need for our wilderness expedition for 3 nights/4 days. A challenging, yet very rewarding experience. Our last 2 nights together will be spent in a beautiful, private cabin in the mountains of North Georgia. The cabin is on 75 acres of wilderness, trails and views of the mountains.  This will be a time for you to completely relax and rejuvenate... reading, journaling, sitting, sipping coffee/tea, playing board games,  leisurely walks through the woods- you decide! 2 yoga sessions will also be included on our mornings here. Take a 10 minute drive into town to discover quaint shops, local restaurants, local spas or wine tastings at the local wineries. Summer and Ashley will be cooking you breakfast your 2 mornings here-- sourcing local, fresh ingredients and produce.          12195812_10207601592658750_1563039398032104565_n

Your yoga experience will take place in some of the most majestic and isolated areas of North Georgia, creating the perfect backdrop to fully emerge into your experience. A variety of wilderness skills education, herbal/wild plant walks and identification, meditation, and journaling will be introduced throughout this sacred journey giving you an opportunity to connect to the spirit of Nature and yourself.
