We'll begin with a brief class on backpacking a few weeks before the trip (to make sure everyone has the correct gear and answer questions) and then learn through applying those skills in real life with a two day, one night backpacking trip. Class will be on Feb 28th--time and place TBD.

And... YOGA? Of course!!
During our time together in the wilderness, Ashley Baker of Shoals Yoga and Ashley Baker Yoga will offer 2 yoga classes suitable for all levels. There will be a guided meditation on Sunday morning, and then time for you to be alone in mediation, silence, or journaling before breakfast. The sweetness of mornings in the wilderness are something to experience! If you have ever been to one of Ashley's classes you will soon find that anything can happen--singing, dancing, laughing--but ALWAYS a journey of connecting with yourself and a deep relaxation! And what better way than taking your practice into nature!
