We have the power to take our health and happiness into our own hands simply by remembering who we truly are---Deeply intuitive, spiritual beings intimately connected to the rhythms and cycles of nature. And the first step is simply to look inside and welcome what you find there.

Do you currently have a morning routine/practice/ritual? It is working for you? Does it need revamping? Maybe you have wanted to begin a routine, but have no idea where to begin?

Some of the healthiest, most successful and fulfilled individuals have contributed their success due to a morning ritual. These rituals ground and center us before the hustle and bustle of the day begins. Every morning, we come back, we remember, we tune in, we clear… and we begin again-REFRESHED, RENEWED, REJUVENATED—with a clean slate.

A routine is a discipline for the body and mind, which strengthens immunity and purifies the body of its wastes-physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Every individual must develop their own ritual, taking into account personal lifestyles—time available, family, and other priorities.

shoalsyoaga-131Ashley Baker invites you to join her to explore different tried and true practices and tools that will guide you in finding your own rhythm. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner… whether you have 10 minutes in the morning or 2 hours… these simple practices will change your life—bringing you more peace, joy, and stability in mind, body and spirit. The practices will be simple, as we remember to be flexible and soft around the ritual.

"When I committed to a morning routine… My life changed. I am honored to share these beautiful practices that have inspired me so much with you all! I have so much gratitude for my teachers and trainings from Sivananda and Janet Stone for this wisdom. For all my teachers, that have helped me to remember when I forget and have encouraged me towards and on this path--the list in long! For the many days I sat in the question of not knowing—my morning practice always brought me back to what I do know… I will share more with you all about my own experience."

We will explore and dive deeper into:

• Meditation—why & how to develop a sitting practice
• Asana—how to do sun salutations on your own
• Pranayama—breathing exercises
• Simple cleansing and nourishing techniques for your
overall body
• Mantra/chanting/prayer
• Journaling
• Setting intention

There will be discussion and reflection time, to ensure you feel confident in creating your own practice. We will commit to a 30-day home practice individually and as part of a whole. There will be a support group set up to share personal experiences, challenges and insights. Don’t fret, there will be no trophy or grade assigned 😉

Please bring a notebook, pen, and journal.
I will be sending out a list of other items you will need to begin your practice at home.

      Noelle, Hi!
Yes, you could still do the workshop! We will be doing sun salutations, so we can modify this for you. Bring whatever you need to support your foot– for seated discussion and meditation 🙂 Hope to see you there!
